Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

1. Log into your Daiet account
2. Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Subscription"
3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
5. Receive email confirmation of cancellation

When Cancellation Takes Effect

• Immediate Cancellation: Your subscription stops billing immediately
• Access Period: Continue accessing content until the end of your current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: Cancellation doesn't provide refunds for the current billing period
• Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time

One-Time Purchases

One-time program purchases cannot be cancelled after completion, but they are covered under our refund policy. Please refer to our refund policy for details on eligibility and process.

Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account:

• Cancel all active subscriptions first
• Contact support to request account deletion
• All personal data will be permanently removed
• This action cannot be undone

Free Trial Cancellation

If you're on a free trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being charged. Cancellation during the trial period ends your access immediately.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal period. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't affect your current access period.
